Anytime I want to make pap, I pray so many prayers because that food is really useless tbh. Today I get it perfectly but tomorrow it’s like I’m trying to mould the entire planet inside the plate. Who needs pap when there’s garri gan sefπ.

Next meal is Amala
We barely ate Amala in my house until we were much older. I still don’t understand the frenzy behind Amala. It’s like every other good food I’ve eaten but not my favorite. How they prepare it amazes me but I’d have to fast and pray and watch an expert prepare it before I attempt it. I don’t trust that meal to turn out right if I try it without prior proper preparation. Post Edit: I made Amala myself for the first time in August 2020 and it came out well. Tofunmi is my witness and hypewoman.

Who invented Jollof Rice please?
I need to know because I have scores to settle with that sage. Questions to ask actually but I need to know why no matter what I try to do to make it perfect, it still tensions me. To be honest, pressure pot has helped. I can’t try it without pressure pot abeg. The last time I tried it without, it ended in executive tears. No more.

These three meals give me the mares of the night. They’re not my favorite unless of course you’ve got lots of ponmo (hide) to accompany them. Ponmo actually makes the world turn round and I’m not even joking but that’s a conversation for another day. Nutrient warriors had better stay far away from me on that day.
